A Piece of Advice from the Bride
Make the day about the two of you, but try to spend as much time with those there to celebrate with you. You have the rest of your lives together. We lost Jake’s dad shortly after our wedding and knowing what a great time he had celebrating our wedding, and leading up to it, gave us all a lot of comfort. And the age old piece of advice…don’t sweat the small stuff and don’t worry about what goes “wrong”. Nothing is wrong if you are right together.
Favorite Moment
Boy…my favorite moment is hard…it all seemed to fly by so quickly, can I say the day?! I guess my favorite moment was at the end of the night when we had to kick people out after staying longer than we had planned, and knowing that everyone had a good time. We got to send everyone off and finally got to go back to our room as a married couple! And I’m so glad we got a picture of everyone at our ceremony. Dave, from Magic City Productions, ¬†played the Mission Impossible theme song while we raced around to every table to get pictures with everyone at our reception. That was a great way to kick off our entrance!
